What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous United States for Clover Days toys and treats. Rabbit Hole Hay purchases are calculated separately. For all destinations, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes. Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from California. For tracking updates, refer to your confirmation email.
Clover Days is an authorized retailer for Rabbit Hole Hay. All Rabbit Hole Hay purchases are shipped directly from Rabbit Hole Hay to you!

What is your return/refund policy?
At Clover Days, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, please email hello@cloverdays.com within 30 days of your purchase, including your order number and reason for the request. We'll review it and process refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What is the hay packed with my order?
Our latest batch is specifically Rabbit Hole soft orchard hay. In general, we may include seasonal orchard or timothy hay. Sometimes we may include hay mixed with seasonal forage such as dried roses or calendula. The timothy & clover hay in particular is a high fiber blend of leafy 2nd cut timothy with clover buds and stems loved by rabbits. The clover stems are especially fantastic for dental health.

Are the pinecones/sticks safe for rabbits?
Absolutely, we only include toys that are safe for rabbits! We source our pinecones and sticks from a family owned and operated farm in the U.S. that specializes in products for small animals. The sticks are either apple, pear, or blueberry. They are 100% natural, safe, and support rabbit dental health.

Are your toys safe for guinea pigs/chinchillas too?
Yes, our toys are made from 100% natural materials such as timothy grass. They are safe for rabbits, guinea pigs, and chinchillas. If you have any concerns, the exact materials are listed on each toy's page. No wires, no glue, no additives, no preservatives, and no artificial coloring.
I can't find an item I've ordered previously. When will it be back in stock?
Because we prioritize small batch quality over mass production, some of our items are limited runs or seasonal favorites. We keep a small, curated catalog to ensure everything you receive is of the highest quality. Looking for something in particular? Email us and let us know your favorites!
